Armando Levy to Speak at the BASF Economics of Class Certification Panel

Brattle Principal Armando Levy will speak on The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) Economics of Class Certification panel, to be held November 28 in San Francisco, CA.

The panel is designed to provide a primer on class certification standards in antitrust cases and regression analysis.

Dr. Levy will discuss legal standards for class certification in antitrust cases, the basics of regression analysis as applied to antitrust, and the interaction between the legal standards of class certification and regression analysis.
